Dear all,  Following the current alert level, we have put together some Learning from Home ideas for your child.  We have been trying to guess what our Inquiry Concept might be for Term 1! Our guesses so far include: Shadows, Reflection, The Sun, Time and The Present. We are very, very close! We find out what our concept is this week! Here are 2 of the activities we've done to get us thinking...

 Kiwisport 'Soccer have a go session' - So much fun! Kiwisport sessions run on a Wednesday afternoon at school. Look out for the information leaflet in your child's schoolbag!

 Hi everyone! Welcome back to school for 2021. We had a fantastic first day back at school today. We started the day welcoming our new students and teachers with a Powhiri. We then did some maths which you will be able to see up on the wall in our classrooms by the end of the week. We also started some 'Remembering the holidays' writing and will be publishing this also. Some of us even began to think about what our Inquiry concept might be for the term. Mostly, we just enjoyed reconnecting with friends and finding our way in our new classrooms!
